From the young adult’s perspective, it can be an intimidating and daunting responsibility to start the job seeking process. Many times, teenagers do not even know how to create a resume, let alone get in the door of any hiring company. Inteenships will be the vehicle that teenagers will use to give them the most competitive advantage in finding the most promising jobs and internships that participating businesses have to offer. From a business’s perspective, nothing can be more time consuming and frustrating than sorting through hundreds of applications and resumes from young adults all trying to compete for one available position. Inteenships will alleviate this issue by organizing and sorting out applications to deliver the most qualified candidates to employers.
